The seasonal rate will be $2500.00 for the 2012 summer. To keep fees as low as possible, and to reflect actual site usages, because of the increase of almost 30% in the electrical rate during the past two seasons, we have installed individual electric meters for sites, asking that the seasonals pay their electrical usage themselves. The meter will be read on a monthly basis and an accurate usage fee assessed. A discount of 5% will be given seasonals if their 2012 seasonal rate is paid by April 1, 2012. |
NOTICE: Campers may incur a fee for any damage to property, equipment, and trees,
or garbage and/or debris removal from your site.
