We are especially looking for at least two persons to work in the Office taking reservations. Knowledge of "CampWorks" Sofware is a plus, but we will train interested persons in its use. Knowledge of the Mount Desert Island area is a distinct plus!

The duties of Office Person may include: telephone answering, Reservation taking (using the computer), greeting incoming campers and signing them in, taking credit card transactions, selling store items using the cash register, answering campers questions about the area, and other small duties typical of a campground office.

The duties of the Maintenance Person may include minor repairs of electrical and plumbing problems, carpentry and painting, mowing and raking, and cleaning of campsites.

The duties of the Cleaning Person will include the daily cleaning of the two Bath Houses/Rest Rooms, cleaning of the Camping Cabins, Office and Rec Hall usually weekly.

The Office Persons, Maintenance Persons and Cleaning Persons will be expected to be on site, ready to work, from May 15th until October 15th unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
